About
Donna Caudell holds a doctorate in educational leadership from Liberty University and spent more than twenty-two years as a professional school counselor and guidance department head. She also taught psychology at the university level for more than a decade and is a licensed practical nurse.
That range, both counseling students directly and training future counselors, gives Donna a wide-angle view of how child protection culture functions inside youth-serving organizations. She joins YSO Partners engagements to bring that perspective to Cultural Change work.
