About
Gena Hood spent twenty-one years in school leadership, including nine years as a principal. She holds two advanced degrees from the University of Illinois and Georgia certifications in administration, gifted education, and reading.
That experience means Gena has led staff training and managed real behavior and safety situations inside a school building, where protecting kids is something staff have to do, not just something the school says it values. She joins YSO Partners engagements to bring that firsthand leadership perspective to Cultural Change work.
