Keynotes and Workshops for Youth-Serving Organizations
Custom-built presentations on child protection, culture, and crisis response.
Debbie Ausburn, Tom Rawlings, and Amber Jewell speak at conferences, annual meetings, board retreats, and staff trainings across the youth-serving sector including schools, camps, churches, and community organizations. Debbie and Tom bring four decades advising youth-serving organizations and a career on the juvenile court bench. Amber adds fifteen years as a caseworker and licensed clinical social worker inside child protective services. All three speak from firsthand experience, not from a slide deck built for a generic audience.
We Build Every Keynote and Workshop Around Your Event
We don’t roll out the same deck at every event. Every keynote and workshop gets built around your audience and your time slot, whether that’s a forty-minute conference session or a full-day board retreat. The content always comes from the same three subject areas we teach in depth through YSO Academy’s online courses.
Child Protection Policies
What a policy needs to say, and what it needs to do once it’s written.
Child Protection Culture
How a policy becomes something staff live every day.
Crisis Response
What to do in the first hour and beyond after an allegation or incident surfaces.
Available as a keynote, a half-day workshop, or a full-day board or staff retreat. Length, group size, and delivery format (on-site or virtual) are scoped to your event.
Book Debbie, Tom, or Amber for Your Next Event
Have your organization name, event type, event date, and a brief description of your audience and goals ready, and we’ll follow up to talk through the fit.
